really quickly...Julie you mentioned that you didn't know what was being said about a Japanese Cow. This is because when you log in to "edit" your blog, by default it only shows the last 5 posts (if you look in the lower right corner you'll see what I'm talking about). So you can up the amound, you can pick a day. OR this is what I like to do. Whenever we "post & publish" the blogger generates another webpage that we can view our family blog at. This page looks much cooler and I just think it is easier and funner to read. So I usually "READ" the blog from one page and then come here to "POST" on the blog.
I read from: "http://cockroach.blogspot.com" <-- this looks way cooler.
and I write on: "http://www.blogger.com" <-- this is what you are on RIGHT NOW probably.

Okay first off I just wanna say, "Mom you are hilarious on the blog." In person too, but its definitely amplified on the blog. I think people have SLIGHTLY diff. personalities on the blog so its cool to see all your "inner" personalities come out.
Julie and Dad welcome.
Talked to jenny, shes signed up just needs to post.
For those of you who have had troubles...you can copy what you typed and paste it after you "re" sign in or whatever...just a tip.
Julie you will do GREAT in the competition I have NO doubts.
Okay now with all my "responses" out of the way I will post whats going on w/ me. First of I just wanna say I typically post less but in very big chunks. Had a great weekend. Came back home and Mom, Dad, and I ate dinner friday night, then I went to Amy J.s and "frow - licked" (don't know how to spell it) in here field behind her house and just acted all around goofy. We played Phsychologist (which if you all don't know I'll have to show you sometime...like at the next family get together), and we played the ha ha game (also must show you sometime). The next day I had spoonful practice which amy and brian came to, and then some downtime before a night of festivities starting w/ Shogun dinner (which Julie came to and Mom and Dad stayed for a bit) and then an "old school" sleepover at our house. Puzzles, Pool, Piano, a Fort, movie etc.
About the whole "not telling the rents" things that we plan. Usually how it has worked w/ me since I've gotten to college. Is I'll plan something just because I do it when I think about it or doesn't ever get done. And then I make sure I ask before people just comeover. If it ends up being a prob. I just call it off, rearrange or whatever. AT LEAST THAT WAY I still have a group of people who freed up their nights to hang out. If it's really a prob. I will try and "ask" first. But, if there HAD been a problem of any kind it would not have been a big deal for me to be like "okay guys, my parents have this going on so we can't do it at my house, how bout your's marcus?" ya know?
Lastly I saw Ben Folds play last night in Iowa City. Man was it awesome...julie you should definitely download some of his stuff off of Kazaa. Ben Folds or Ben Folds Five he rules! He played just by himself on stage w/ his piano. Yes he is a "rock" pianist, but he throws in like awesome "waltzy" type stuff or like "ol west lounge" piano playing its crazy cool.
Uh I think thats it. Oh yeah, if you guys could pray for our show this weekend since Heather just informed us she is not following through w/ her commitment to our show and is instead staying in S. Africa for another week. I will of course be praying for Julie and her squad.
peace,
in Christ,
jason
