Dad, I love hearing you talk on the blog. It is so refreshing. I think you are funny and stuff.

So it's 12:30 and I have a 12:30 class. What you say I don't go? Huh, I'll try to leave right now, let's see if I make it...ah nope. Still at the computer. . School, seems so small right now.

Bristol and I had a good talk and well some major things are going on. She basically read this book about not dating...it's a book on courtship. And she felt they had a lot of really good points that definitely related to our problems as of late. She presented them to me and I told her they sounded really reasonable. And they did. And basically she doesn't feel like she's ready for this right now. I could have told her that. But then she said stuff like she doesn't see our relationship changing all that much from this. So I told her we need to define our relationship then, define boundaries etc. if this is how she feels. So I really don't know WHERE we stand right now. But I know that my anxiety is better. So it was good, and it is good. So I don't know if we are "broken up" or "on a break" or just changing the way we interact. I don't know if we are celebrating our 6month or what. So I'm a little confused right now, but this just happened last night so, like I said we are gonna talk about defining things and our boundaries another night. She wants to work on herself more before she committs to anything. That's the courtship idea. It all made really good sense. And I still feel God's hand is in this. And I still feel like we are gonna be okay. Ridiculous optimism...I don't think so.

Well yeah so that's pretty major. It's still settling in my stomach.

Looking fwd to seeing you all this weekend.

jason

Hi my dear family,
Hope things are going well for all of you. Jeff, how did the project presentation go? I may call you about that one since I am not sure when you will blog again and I am anxious to find out. FYI - Lutheran is playing on Friday, so we will all be coming down on Sat. for the football game. That includes the juice. Let us know when the game is to begin. We kinda want to get there in time to see it, don'tyaknow!
Glad you all had a great time in DC. It is a great place. So the bonding was good with your friends, Jase!! Do you think you guys will be doing this when you are 40? Leave the little woman behind and have a guys thing the last weekend of Oct. every year. It may be well worth it.
Yesterday and today I kinda have a free day. Started organizing the study, throwing things out, etc. There are some games here you boys might want by the way. Could you take them? Also, C++ stuff. I will never use that!
Last night was a JV game for Lutheran, Julie cheered and tonight we are going to dinner with the Hoffman's for Paul's birthday. Looking forward to that. Tomorrow night is ROCK - Bristol is doing the Bible study. Thursday night nothing, Friday Lutheran FB and Sat. Iowa. Busy week.
You might want to make reservations for dinner Sat. time depending on start of game.
Well, gotta transfer $ to you guys' account so yous can pay the rent.
See ya Sat. Love you lots, Momma

Heavy in the mix, heavy in the mix uh. Sweet ace. I gave dad multiple high fives for posting on thursday. Seriously dad that rocks.

So door county was awesome of course. Us 5 guys really bonded, and I'm pretty sure jeff had a good time... jeff?

I had a sucky assignment due today. Got 3 hours of sleep and rushed to get it sloppily done and then....drum roll....I got to class 30min late to find he pushed back the due date till friday. YEAH!!! Amen to that.

Bristol and I had a good conversation last night. We needed that. We haven't seen enough of eachother and it's made things a little wierd. Mom and Dad know a fair amount bout this, but jeff I don't think does.

Julie...by the way. I trust that you will keep family confidential. You are rapidly becoming one of Bristol's best girl friends. But you are my sister. So if I say stuff you can't be running off to tell her and things. I can't even think of anything that I would say that I wouldn't tell her thought, so I don't think it will ever even come up. But yeah, just be wary. Ask me first if you wanna tell her something you think is questionable.

So today has been an all around good day. I miss you guys, I miss bristol, I await our next encounter :).
in christ,
jason
