Mom, you posted...I'm so happy!

Yeah I agree on the "growing pains" thing. I'm just so attached to Rockford. And I think that's okay, I haven't "not had fun" in college so far, I just really like to come home.

Shawn said something to me that was really cool yesterday, he said when I move out to where bristol is attending college, I should forgo the whole "serious" job and just work on my music for 3yrs while she's in college. Then when she's done and we go settle someplace I can start my serious job then. I think that sounds like a really good idea! Whatcha all think?

Also, I'm really debating this dreads thing. Comments?

Howdie,
First of all, Jason, sometimes it's just really weird growing up and becoming more independent and self sufficient when all you have known is someone taking care of you, wanting to make sure you are safe, etc. etc. It's kind of a man/child thing. Most of your life your identity it son, brother, friend. Even though those things still exist, your identity is linked to work, performance, a new place in the world that is all your own. Ah, these wonderful growing pains. We all go through it. But it is sad and happy at the same time.
Anyway, I am sooooooo looking forward to this Saturday to seeing both you guys. I think we'll leave here around 8-8:30. We'll call one of you as we get into town. Can you both be in the same place so we can gather quickly and do lunch before the game? Let us know which place, K?
Also, here are Dani - shagedic@hotmail.com and Gretchen's -Gretcho313@yahoo.com. e-mail address for the blog. I'll try to get more soon.
Well, just finished a PV article for ROCK and SNL so I better send it. You guys take care. Who loves ya?
