timing myself 5:50pm right now..just turned.

Wow dad, I love you too. What a nice message you've typed. It's refreshing to see that you are actually checking the blog. This is a vast improvement on the last time 'round when we tried this blog THANG.

I also am in agreement. I don't know how you and mom did it, but you raised 4 objective, well-thinking, etc. individuals. I think it's because you guys are so wonderful, we learn by example.

I had a nice lunch with jeff today, we laughed, we cried, it was better then cats. (no we didn't really cry, but it prob. was better then cats).

I now have this massive homework assignment that I'm really not sure if I'll be able to do...it's way to confusing to me. I hope I'm not the only one in the class who feels this way. Chances are I'm not.

I completely ROCKED my physics test today, be proud of me. Well I'm gonna go now, a mere TWO MINUTES after beginning my post...whoop..just turned to 5:53pm so THREE MINUTES.

I think the solution to your "time to post" prob. dad would be learning to type faster :). Love you dad! :).

Wow, why is the world so dang dramatic.

So Jill posted to day on the friends blog that:
"jason, just to clarify, i don't think you're stupid like homestarrunner. but i think you're super-nice, even when situations don't warrant it, and you try to see the best in everything. Even when you have to deal with dumb girls. HA"

Now, I didn't know if jill knew that bristol can read the blog or not. So I edited her blog...leaving out the last part (I'm an administrator I can do that). I did this because I knew bristol would take it completely wrong even though what jill was talking about had nothing to do with bristol per-say. She was refering to the mathmatical certainty that is: girls being girls = dumb and/or evil. Now that's not to say the equation: boys being boys = clueless and/or stupid doesn't also apply.

So a few people read it before it got taken off. Amy J. being one of them.

So when I took it off, I had Jill pissed because I sensored her blog which seemed petty to her. And amy getting brian and dan magers in a tissy over jill taking a "jab" at bristol. . EVERYONE always stinking over reacts to everything. Man life could be so simple don't people see that!

So I wrote jill an email explaining that she doesn't know how badly this would effect bristol right now and she needs to trust my judgement. And I spent time talking with amy about what jill was really meaning by the quote. People are so dumb.

One of the reasons why it would be hard for me and bristol to work is that she is one of these dramatic people that julie was discribing. I'm not sure if I can deal. We'll see what happens with that though....time. I think it's a maturity thing. I really do, and some people at age 40 are still not mature in that sense.

Julie what you said was good. Although I overanalyze everything as well, so I think more what it is, is that they don't realize whats going on so they can't identify that they are being crazy and confused and irrational. I always realized when my mind is going crazy.

Why is everything such a freaking big deal to some people. It always makes me think of this line in an ani difranco song that I think epitomizes such people:

"and win or lose
just that you choose this little war
is what kills you
and either/or it's that this war
is maybe also what thrills you"

It's like, these little dramatic scenes, really do hurt everyone who starts them. But somewhere deep inside it also thrills them and they need it maybe. Wierd.

Lol I can't believe you even remembered I said that! That's funny. It's really nothing major as I'm sure you trust mom. I think you can trust my judgement, and I think you do. That's why we all work so well. We trust each other...isn't that kinda one of the things it comes down to? definitely.

Bristol confuses me...She's so dang complicated, and I can't deal at the moment...Pray for my patience. Patience is a virtue mom says.

Julie I agree with everything you said. Don't know bout the courting thing YET. Bristol still hasn't sent me all the stuff. I have to explore it myself. I think there are pros and cons. And I think maybe for HER, it'll be the best way to do it. So I'm down with it I suppose. We'll see.

Julie jtlyk, I know bristol and you are close friends...but I'm assuming you'll keep stuff I say to you about her (unless it's really generall) private.

I think she has a lot of issues...I think I can't help her work on them. I get the sense she's testing me, which is just crap. You don't test people. I hope she's not playing games with me. Either way, I'm just gonna chill on it and wait. I really think we could be awesome as well. And we talked so much this summer about how we complimented eachother...I think all that still stands! We do compliment eachother. If we can work it out we could complete the other nicely. But there are things in the way, things I can't seem to fix. So I'm waiting.
